My passion to take up challenging targets and then successfully achieving them within stipulated timeframesand delivering quality work output has driven me to start the two ventures Marcuras Water Treatment (India) Pvt ltd and Fluid Technics. I have keen interest in networking with people and taking the team along on the line of progress. I have been a part of project planning and execution team in water domain for Thermax Ltd (Chemical Division) and later with Thermax Culligan.

I have a 20 + years of rich experience in one of the most happening segments in engineering industry - Water Treatment Industry.Project management, execution, supplier chain management and OEM sales are my core competence areas. Fluid Technics is the largest component seller for Qua technologies for high end products like EDI & UF membranes. At Marcuras we have been successful executing large turn key projects for OEM’s in most timely manner.

Having had an exceptional opportunity of being a part of three manufacturing startups has enhanced my knowledge and abilities to set up systems from scratch and further evolve them into a robust working model. Aided by my personal interest in building up relationships with people, I have been able to achieve exponential growth for my company along with accommodative growth for channel partners - on supply side as well as customer side.I am keenly interested in connecting further with people having similar interest in water industry to achieve further success by emerging as an imminent total water treatment solution provider company.

My experience of around 20 years in the field of water treatment components & spares for has excelled MARCURAS MAKE water treatment plants to be commercially cost effective to reach all segments of customer. Thereby serving community drinking water projects, turnkey projects, pharmaceutical projects, exports etc

I aim to provide right solution within the right time to fulfil every demand of the customer. With an extensive channel sales support in every geographical region of the country & exports I have promoted Marcuras.

I am a passionate & optimistic who takes up responsibilities with utmost enthusiasm and see to it that I complete my tasks and assignments in time. I’ve a great amount of perseverance to achieve goal.

With over 8 years of experience in water and waste water treatment, I am directly responsible at Marcuras Water Treatment India Private Limited - for to understand client’s requirement& process requirement to design water treatment plant. We have successfully designed; manufactured erection and commissioned Sea Water desalination, brackish water treatment, DM plant & Ultrafiltration plant.

Area of my personal interest is in design of water treatment plants with minimal scope for errors. I look forward to connect with industry people and collaborate with partners having same zeal towards Technological Expertise, Quality and Customer Service.
